Los Baños is about 65 kilometres south of Manila on the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). By bus, Jam Liner, DLTB, and other provincial bus companies run services from Buendia (Pasay) terminal in Manila to Los Baños throughout the day — the journey takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on traffic. By car via SLEX the drive is 1-1.5 hours in normal conditions.
From Calamba (the main transport hub for Laguna), jeepneys and vans run to Los Baños throughout the day. The PNR train from Tutuban in Manila also passes through Los Baños, though the service is infrequent. From Batangas, shared vans (FX) go to Los Baños via Calamba.
