Ayala Triangle Park is Makati's most useful downtown green space, a triangular lawn and tree-lined refuge surrounded by office towers. It is not large, but in the middle of the business district it matters: joggers loop the paths, office workers eat lunch outside, and public art and seasonal light displays give the space a civic role.
Come early in the morning for a quieter walk, or in the evening when the towers light up and the surrounding restaurants get busy. The park will not replace Manila's historic sights, but it gives Makati a breathable centre and is an easy pause between shopping, dining, and meetings.
