Great Wok of China is a long-running Chinese restaurant on B.S. Aquino Drive in Villamonte, catering to Bacolod's significant Chinese-Filipino community and anyone wanting a break from Filipino food. The menu covers the standard dishes of Cantonese-influenced Filipino-Chinese cooking: pancit canton, sweet and sour pork, dimsum, congee, and stir-fried vegetables.
The restaurant is reliable rather than revelatory — consistently good quality, attentive service, and prices that are reasonable even by Bacolod standards. It is a popular venue for family gatherings and business lunches.
