Pinipisakan Falls lies within reasonable striking distance of central Catarman — the drive and walk together take about an hour each way. The falls are multi-tiered, cascading over limestone rock formations through a pocket of intact forest, with natural pools at the base and between levels that are excellent for swimming. The surrounding vegetation keeps the area shaded and cooler than the surrounding lowlands.
Getting there requires a tricycle or habal-habal (motorbike taxi) to the trailhead, followed by a moderate hike of around thirty minutes. Guides are available from the town tourism office and are worth hiring — the trail is not always obvious. Wear footwear you do not mind getting wet; the approach crosses streams.
