Al Kheima ("the tent") is a long-running Saudi restaurant on the northern side of town, known for slow-roasted lamb kabsa and good mandi. Diners eat on cushions in canvas-covered private bays, the traditional Hejazi style. Portions are huge — a single lamb tray will feed three.
It is busy on weekend evenings; arriving before nine is sensible. Cash and card accepted.
