Lee Jung-seop lived in Seogwipo as a refugee during the Korean War, and the city has turned the lane around his former house into a modest art street. The museum and small galleries are the draw; the cafes and souvenir shops around them make it a pleasant link between the harbour, Jeongbang Waterfall, and the market.
It is not a major art destination, but it gives central Seogwipo a cultural stop between the waterfalls and food stalls.
