Yeonhwaji Pond is the relaxed urban counterpoint to Gimcheon's mountain sights. The loop path is simple, but spring cherry blossoms, summer lotus, and night lighting make it a pleasant stop when the timing is right.
It is close enough to the city centre to work as an evening walk after arriving by train.
