Gomanaru is a historic ferry landing and riverside scenic area in Ungjin-dong. During the Baekje period, when Gongju was known as Ungjin, this stretch of river served as an important port and crossing point.
The appeal now is quieter: pine groves, river views, and a sense of how the old capital related to the water. It pairs well with the National Museum, Songsan-ri Burial Mounds, and Gongsan Fortress.
