BIFF Square is the film-festival street in central Busan, marked by handprints of directors and actors from the Busan International Film Festival. The cinemas that gave the district its name are less dominant than they once were, but the area still carries a lively festival identity.
For most travellers the real draw is the street food. The stalls around BIFF Square and neighbouring Gukje Market make this one of the easiest places in Busan to graze, people-watch, and get a feel for the old downtown.
