Puli Brewery is a modest but useful stop for understanding the town's water story. The local water helped make Puli known for Shaoxing wine, and the brewery visitor area explains the production history while selling wine-flavoured snacks and souvenirs.
It is more local curiosity than polished museum. Drop in if you are already in the centre, especially if you want a quick break between temple and craft stops.
