Fuu — "fuu" means spongy in Thai — is the soufflé-pancake specialist tucked into the Gump's Ari community space, run by two brothers who brought the concept down from Chiang Mai. The jiggly, slow-cooked stacks come crowned with cream and fruit sauces; the Strawberry White Christmas is the signature.
