Si Nakhon Khuean Khan Park and Botanical Garden is part of Bang Krachao, the green bend of the Chao Phraya often called Bangkok's lung. The park has ponds, orchards, brackish-water plants, birdlife, and wooden paths through a landscape that feels far removed from the city across the river.
The small viewing tower and bike paths make it a good first stop if you are exploring Bang Krachao by bicycle. Come early in the day for cooler weather and quieter paths.
