Wat Yothanimit is one of the easiest temple stops in central Trat, close to the city pillar area and the old commercial streets. It is a good place to fold a short walk through town into something more than dinner and a bed.
The temple is active, so visit with the usual Thai temple etiquette: covered shoulders, shoes off where indicated, and a little patience if ceremonies are underway. It pairs well with the evening market when the heat has dropped.
