Hasanboğuldu is a wooded mountain valley above Zeytinli, with cold pools, small waterfalls, picnic spots, and summer crowds escaping the coast. The water stays sharply cold even in hot weather, which is half the appeal.
The name means "Hasan drowned", tied to a local love story that is told with varying degrees of drama. You do not need the legend to enjoy the place, but it gives the valley a memorable hook beyond being another pretty stream.
