Omer Pasa Mosque was built in the early 17th century with a medrese, giving Elmali's old centre its best Ottoman monument. Restoration closures can make access uncertain, but the complex still anchors the historic quarter.
Across the street, Kesik Minaret is older and more fragmentary, a Seljuk-era survivor standing apart from its lost mosque. Together they make a compact stop rather than a grand sight, but they show the layers of Elmali's inland history.
