Aşağı Pınar is the sight that gives Kırklareli unusual age. Excavations here uncovered a long Neolithic sequence, and the open-air museum uses reconstructions to make that early farming settlement easier to grasp.
It sits just south of the centre, close enough to visit without turning the day into an excursion. Pair it with the Kırklareli Museum for the clearest view of the region's archaeology.
