Asthma Cave is a smaller show cave near Heaven and Hell, with stalactites, stalagmites, and a steep descent into cool, mineral-heavy air. Its name comes from claims about the cave's atmosphere, though the steps are enough to test anyone's lungs.
It is not as strange or memorable as the chasms, but it makes a natural second stop while you are already up in the karst country above Narlıkuyu.
