Ali Paşa Mosque was built in 1572 at the southern end of Sulusokak, where the old street meets the main boulevard. The complex includes a hamam, and the courtyard holds the tombs of Ali Paşa and his son Mustafa Bey.
The mosque is one of Tokat's strongest Ottoman anchors: central, elegant, and still part of daily city life.
