Tunceli has no major airport. Most travellers arrive through Elazig, which has domestic flights, then continue by road via Keban Dam Lake and Pertek. The trip is scenic, but it is still eastern Anatolia: use daylight travel where possible, keep identification handy for checkpoints, and check current road and travel advice before setting out.
