My Son is an archaeological site, not a city, so "things to do" here means exploring the temple groups on foot. The site covers about 142 hectares and is organized into lettered groups (A through K). Groups B, C, and D are the most intact and most visited; Group A, which was the grandest, was largely destroyed by American bombing in 1969. Allow at least two to three hours; more if you want to read the interpretive panels in detail.
