Thích Ca Phật Đài

A large Buddhist park on the northern slope of Big Mountain (Núi Lớn), founded in the 1960s. The main feature is a 6-metre seated Buddha on a high concrete lotus base, set in landscaped grounds with shrines, a small stupa, and walking paths through tropical vegetation.

It is one of Vung Tau's quieter religious sites — visited mainly by Vietnamese pilgrims rather than foreign tourists. A pleasant 30 to 45 minutes; combine with Hồ Mây cable car at the foot of the same mountain.
