Eden is on the Princes Highway, about halfway between Merimbula and the Victorian border. Driving is the simplest way to visit, especially if you want to reach Beowa National Park, Davidson Whaling Station, or Green Cape Lighthouse. Regional buses connect Eden with other towns on the Sapphire Coast and with longer routes toward Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne, but schedules are limited compared with the coast's bigger towns.
