The Old Goulburn Brewery is a heritage-listed former brewery from the 1830s that has been converted into a restaurant and function venue. The original stone buildings are among the oldest surviving commercial structures in the inland tablelands of New South Wales. The thick stone walls, timber ceiling beams, and old brewing equipment give the restaurant a character that the newer buildings around town simply cannot match.
The menu is broadly modern Australian — generous portions of local produce, with beef and lamb prominent. It is the most atmospheric place to eat in Goulburn, and popular for long lunches and weekend dinners. Located on Bungonia Road, south of the city centre.
