Junee's Licorice and Chocolate Factory occupies a former flour mill, which gives the place more presence than a normal sweet shop. Tours show the production side, and the hands-on chocolate activities are cheerfully unserious in the best way.
It is popular with families and road-trippers, but it also works as a neat piece of adaptive reuse. Stop for coffee, buy something sticky, and take a look at the old mill building while you are there.
