The Roundhouse Museum is Junee's best reason to stop. The circular engine shed reflects the town's old role as a railway junction, and the collection includes locomotives, carriages, and equipment that feel at home beside active railway lines.
You do not need to be a train obsessive to enjoy it, though it helps. The scale of the roundhouse, the smell of old machinery, and the open carriages make the museum more tactile than many regional heritage displays.
