The Mehi Gallery is a small Moree gallery focused on Aboriginal art, run in partnership with TAFE NSW. It gives visitors a direct way to see local work and, when artists are present, to hear a little about the stories and techniques behind it.
It is not a large museum, but it is one of the more worthwhile cultural stops in town. Check local opening times before going, as regional galleries can keep limited hours.
