Winton's Musical Fence is exactly what it sounds like: a wire fence and set of homemade percussion pieces that visitors can play. It is odd, brief, and very outback, the kind of roadside invention that makes more sense here than it would almost anywhere else.
Do not build your day around it, but do stop if you like small-town eccentricity. It pairs well with a wander around the town centre after the Waltzing Matilda Centre.
