Hogarth Falls is the easy rainforest walk from Strahan. The track starts at People's Park near the harbour and follows a creek through mossy temperate forest to a small waterfall.
It is not a grand wilderness expedition, but it is exactly the right short walk after a boat trip or before dinner. The forest gives you the wet west-coast atmosphere without needing a long drive or a full hiking day.
