The Ada Tree is a huge mountain ash deep in the forest north-west of Noojee. It is one of those sights where the numbers matter less than standing at the base and looking up through the canopy.
The walk in passes through cool temperate rainforest, so it is worth doing for more than the tree alone. Check road conditions after storms, since access is through forest roads.
