Tower Street is not grand, but it gives Leonora its shape. The old goldfields townsite still gathers along this main strip, where pubs, shops, and service buildings stand against a wide, dry street.
It is best treated as a short orientation walk before or after Gwalia. The appeal is the outback setting and the sense of a town that has stayed useful long after the first rush ended.
