Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree

Seventy-five-metre karri lookout tree, the tallest of Pemberton's climbable fire trees.

The Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree is the highest of the climbable lookout trees near Pemberton. Metal rungs lead up the trunk to platforms high above Warren National Park, with the final platform about 75 metres up.

It is more exposed and more demanding than the Gloucester Tree, so it is best treated as an adventure rather than a casual viewpoint. The surrounding forest is beautiful even if you only climb to the lower platform.
