The Yasawas are built around water. Every island has its own snorkelling or dive sites, and the chain as a whole is one of the best places in Fiji to spend time in and under the sea without the crowds of the Mamanucas. Villages welcome day visitors and cultural programs are run by most resorts; the pace of life here is slow and the welcome is genuine.
