Mount Santa Rosa is the rounded volcanic hill that rises above northern Guam, visible from much of Yigo and the roads toward the military bases. It is not a high mountain, but on an island this low and compact it becomes a useful landmark and viewpoint.
Access can be affected by road conditions and nearby military restrictions, so do not assume every track is open. If you can reach a public viewpoint, the reward is a broad look over northern Guam's limestone forest, residential sprawl, and the coast beyond.
