Air Marshall Islands has scheduled flights from Majuro to Kili and other outer atolls, but reaching Bikini Atoll itself requires arranging transport through one of the dive operators based in Majuro. There is no regular passenger service to the atoll. Visits are exclusively by live-aboard dive boat, and permits must be obtained from the Bikini Atoll local government in advance.
