Getting There

Baranovichi is well served by rail, which is fitting for a city that exists because of railways. Regular trains connect it to Minsk in about two hours and to Brest in roughly an hour and a half. Several international trains on the Brest–Moscow line also stop here, making it a possible overnight staging point if you are crossing Belarus by rail.

By road, the M1 highway (part of the European E30 corridor from Berlin to Moscow) passes near the city. There are bus connections to Minsk, Brest, and regional towns, though the train is more comfortable and usually faster.
