Saint Apostles Peter and Paul Church is one of Minsk's oldest surviving Orthodox churches, built in the early 17th century. Its white walls, compact proportions, frescoes, and icon-filled interior give a rare sense of the city before the great rebuildings and wartime destruction.
The church is close enough to the Upper Town to include on a central walk. It is still active, so step inside quietly and dress with the usual respect for an Orthodox church.
