Liège has several other museums worth seeking out beyond the big-name attractions:
- The Glass Museum (Musée du Verre) — Quai de Maastricht 16. A small collection tracing glassmaking from antiquity to Art Nouveau, housed in a handsome riverside building.
- Museum of Prehistoric Archaeology — Place du Vingt Août 7. Part of the university, with stone-age finds from the Meuse valley.
- La Boverie (Museum of Modern Art) — Parc de la Boverie 3. Reopened in 2016 after a Rudy Ricciotti renovation, it hosts a decent permanent collection and travelling shows from major international museums.
- Museum of Walloon Life — Cours des Mineurs. Folklore, crafts, and daily life in Wallonia, set in a former Franciscan friary.
- Tchantchès Museum — Rue Surlet 56. Dedicated to the beloved Liégeois puppet character, with a collection of marionettes and regular puppet shows.
