Musée L is UCLouvain's university museum, set inside the former Science and Technology Library on Place des Sciences. The building is a strong piece of early Louvain-la-Neuve architecture, all concrete mass and sculptural interior lines, and it gives the museum a setting with real character.
The collections are deliberately mixed: art, archaeology, ethnography, scientific instruments, natural history, and teaching objects placed in conversation rather than sorted into dry departments. It rewards curious visitors more than checklist sightseers, and it makes the university feel like more than a backdrop to student bars.
