The village beach is a short stretch of pebbles and shingle in the sheltered cove that the village wraps around. The water is clear, calm, and shallow for a long way out — good for families, less good if you want waves. A few pine trees offer shade above the shoreline, and the small bar on the seafront sells drinks and ice cream through the summer.
Because Klek sits inside a deep bay protected by the peninsula, the sea here stays warmer than the open coast for longer in autumn. September is often the best month: lukewarm water, quiet beach, and the heat of August gone.
