Nõva is about 100 kilometres west of Tallinn by road. There is no direct public transport — a car is essentially required. The drive from Tallinn takes about 1.5 hours, heading west toward Haapsalu and then north along the coast road. From Haapsalu it is roughly 40 kilometres.
The roads in the area are narrow and may not be well signposted. A GPS or downloaded offline map is useful. Accommodation options are limited to a few guesthouses and self-catering cottages — book ahead in summer.
