Toila's appeal is almost entirely about the outdoors: the clifftop park, the coastal paths, and the dramatic limestone escarpment dropping to the sea. The Valaste waterfall — the tallest in Estonia — is a short drive away. This is a place to walk, breathe sea air, and look at the Baltic from some height.
