Nólsoy is a place for slow travel: birdwatching, hiking, and watching the Atlantic weather roll in. The island's two main draws are its extraordinary storm petrel colony and the lighthouse hike to the southern tip, but simply walking around the village and watching the ferry traffic on the sound is a pleasure in itself.
