Kemi's SnowCastle has changed over the years from a seasonal snow-build spectacle into a year-round waterfront complex. The indoor SnowExperience keeps the snow-and-ice idea alive with carved rooms, ice tables, slides, and changing sculpture themes.
It is touristy, but in a place built around winter that is not a flaw. Pair it with Sampo if you are here for the frozen-sea experience, or use it as a quick dose of Arctic theatre outside the cruise schedule.
