Untamala's old village road is a nationally significant rural landscape, with St Peter's Church, the Sarki peasant museum, old farmhouses, and Iron Age burial mounds close by. It is the most satisfying place in Laitila to walk slowly and connect the area's pre-Christian remains with its later parish and farming history.
