Rykimäkuru is a gorge near Luosto, formed by an ancient earthquake that split the surrounding fell. A nature trail reaches the ravine from the road, with a lean-to shelter and campfire site along the way.
It is a good short outing when you want Luosto's geology without committing to a long fell hike. Mountain biking is also allowed on the trails.
