The café under Annot's medieval arcades is the obvious place to sit with a coffee or a pastis and watch the village square. The covered walkway means you can sit out in light rain without getting wet — a useful feature in spring and autumn when afternoon showers are common. It fills with walkers around midday and empties again by mid-afternoon when the serious walkers head back to the boulder trails.
