The café inside the Écomusée grounds serves coffee, kougelhopf cake, and soft drinks — a welcome rest stop in the middle of a long site visit. Kougelhopf is the ring-shaped Alsatian brioche flavoured with almonds and raisins; it goes well with an afternoon coffee.
