Clairvaux is a small village in the Aube département with no train station. The nearest town with rail connections is Bar-sur-Aube, about 15 km to the north, served by trains from Troyes (roughly 1 hour) and Chaumont. From Bar-sur-Aube you will need a car or taxi — there is no bus service to Clairvaux. By car from Paris, take the A5 motorway toward Troyes, then the D619 south through Bar-sur-Aube; the drive is about 2.5 hours.
