Le Foch is one of the most respected restaurants in the Champagne region, holding a Michelin star under chef Xavier Bohy. The cooking is classically French with modern sensibility — dishes showcase regional produce including pike-perch from the Marne, local vegetables, and of course champagne-based sauces. The dining room is refined without being stiff, and the wine list leans heavily on small champagne growers.
The set lunch menu is considerably better value than à la carte and is popular with local business lunches. Reservations are recommended, especially at weekends. The restaurant is located just off the Place d'Erlon, the main pedestrian square.
