The Church of Saint François de Paule stands between Toulon's harbour and the southern end of Cours Lafayette. Built in the eighteenth century, it is a compact example of the baroque religious architecture found in the old port area.
It is a short stop rather than a destination in itself, but it fits naturally into a walk between the harbour, the old market streets, and Toulon Cathedral.
